Denise Carson Wilde with Buck the Poodle

My work begins with drawing. Most often it comes directly out of my daily experience. I often end up with a comical view of my engagement with life. At times my work seems more like artistic tourettes. I do this with love though... so it's okay.

I live on acreage outside of Vancouver, BC Canada with my husband and various animals.

I am currently working on images and text for a book. A reinterpretation of The Little Match Girl.
